Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be starving myself?

No. The shred is designed to teach you how to fuel your body with the correct foods, in the right portions and at the right times.

Do I have to measure my food and count calories/macronutrients?

Yes, if you want the best results possible. Doing so helps create awareness around how much food your body needs. The good news is is that once you get the hang of it it becomes second nature and eventually you'll be able to eyeball how much food you need.

I have events in that time, will it ruin my progress?

No, not if you're responsible. If you have an upcoming event where there's lots of food and drinks you can plan accordingly and reduce some calories from meals before and after the event to level out. If you find you have a slip up just leave it in the past and get back to business.

Can I still get results without using the software?

Yes, it's certainly possible. To set yourself up for the best results however it's strongly recommended you follow the nutritional data.
